• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU)

Account Responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• One person or entity per account

4. Acceptable Use

You May

• Use our service for legitimate business purposes
• Analyze your own brand's AI visibility
• Research competitors' public information
• Export your own data

You May Not

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer our service
• Use automated systems to abuse our service
• Share your account with others
• Submit malicious or harmful content
• Interfere with our service's operation

5. AI Model Usage

How It Works

• We query various AI models on your behalf
• Results are aggregated and presented to you
• AI responses are processed temporarily
• No personal data is stored by AI providers

Limitations

• AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete
• Results are for informational purposes only
• We cannot guarantee specific AI model coverage
• Response times may vary

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content

• You retain ownership of your queries and data
• You grant us permission to process your data to provide our service
• We may use anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement

Our Service

• We own all rights to our technology and platform
• Our name, logo, and branding are our trademarks
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our service

8. Service Availability

Service Levels

9. Refund Policy

We aim to be fair and transparent with our customers. While subscription charges are generally non-refundable, we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis according to the following guidelines:

The "Forgot to Cancel" Grace Period

We know mistakes happen. If you forgot to cancel your free trial and contact us within 24 to 48 hours of the charge—and you have not actively used the product since the renewal—we will gladly issue a full refund.

Active Subscriptions

We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. If you cancel your subscription, you retain access to your plan until the end of your current billing cycle.

Trial Abuse

We strictly monitor trial usage. If we detect evidence of abuse—such as creating multiple accounts or cycling through multiple free trials to bypass payment—we reserve the right to deny refund requests, regardless of when they are made.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from:

• Infringement of third-party rights
• Your content or data

12. Termination

By You

• You may stop using our service at any time
• You may request account deletion
• Termination does not affect your payment obligations

By Us

• We may suspend or terminate your account for:

  • Extended inactivity
